How long does it take to build a custom home?

Most ground-up custom homes take 10–14 months from permit issuance to certificate of occupancy, depending on scope, finishes and jurisdiction.

Do you handle permits and design?

Yes. Our design-build service covers architecture, structural engineering, Title 24 energy compliance, and all permitting through your local Building & Safety department.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We carry an active California general contractor's license, full general liability, and workers' comp coverage. Documents available on request.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes — we offer a free in-person consultation and a written ballpark for your project. Detailed fixed-price proposals follow design development.

Can you finish a project another contractor started?
